You can now shop online and pick up your order from your local My Ride. When choosing your delivery method at check out simply select pickup in store.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The three side buttons make operation straightforward, allowing you to start/stop recording, switch data pages, toggle the backlight, and mark laps. In addition to manually marking laps, you can enable the auto-lap feature to mark laps automatically at specific distances or locations. This feature is especially useful for analyzing stats from different segments of your ride.

Rider 17 also supports charging via a power bank during rides, ensuring no data is lost even on unexpectedly long trips. Live Track: Real-Time Tracking and Sharing
The Live Track feature allows cyclists to share their real-time location with friends and family. Once enabled, a link is generated and can be shared. With this link, others can monitor your ride, including real-time location, speed, trip time, distance, and the last update time. Smart Connectivity with Multiple Devices
Rider 17 offers fast and stable data transmission with its companion app, Bryton Active, on your smartphone. It supports heart rate monitors and speed/cadence sensors via Bluetooth. The device also accommodates two bike profiles with different sensor and grid settings, allowing you to switch bikes seamlessly without re-pairing sensors-just switch the bike profile.
Supports Smart Radar Taillight Gardia R300L
Rider 17 is fully compatible with the GARDIA R300L smart radar taillight. Utilizing GARDIA's advanced radar detection, it monitors vehicles approaching from behind and provides real-time alerts through on-screen displays and sound notifications, enhancing rider safety and awareness.
Cloud Sync for Ride Data: Capture Every Moment
Recorded data can be automatically synced via Bluetooth directly from Rider 17 to the Bryton Active app, where you can view progress, analyze ride data graphically, and share rides on social media. Additionally, you can enable Auto Sync with STRAVA, TrainingPeaks, Komoot, and Relive, making it quick and easy to share activities with friends and family.
