You can now shop online and pick up your order from your local My Ride. When choosing your delivery method at check out simply select pickup in store.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
Delivery
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
Returns
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Ride smoothly, ride confidently - our Intersection Snapshot keeps you on the right path.
Group Ride and Live Track
Embark on a cycling journey with Rider 460 Group Ride and Live Track features. Create the Group Ride event on the Bryton Active app and invite friends and team members to join. Group member can enjoy live updates and messages from group members. This feature ensures cyclists stay connected, send messages, and relish the joy of riding together. Different from Group Ride, Live Track feature allows cyclists to share their real-time location with friends and family. Once Live track feature is enabled, a link will be generated and can be shared. With the Live Track link, anyone can check the current status of the cyclist including the real-time location, current speed, trip time, distance, and last updated time.
Climb Challenge
Climb Challenge offers a comprehensive preview of upcoming climb sections and an overview of the climb segments along your route. Activated exclusively under the follow track mode, Rider 460's Climb Challenge function seamlessly switches to the Climb Challenge Page as you approach a climb. The graphical display enhances your understanding of serial uphill terrains, promoting efficient adaptation and improved performance. Get ready to elevate your cycling experience with the Rider 460's Climb Challenge feature.
Smart Trainer Workout
Enhance your indoor workouts with Rider 460" s Smart Trainer feature. Connect effortlessly to your smart trainer via ANT+ FE-C for full control. Experience automatic resistance adjustments aligned with your workout plan. You can also manually control the intensity of each mode such as slope, resistance and ERG mode. Rider 460 puts you in charge, making your training sessions personalized and efficient.
ESS Support
Rider 460 supports electronic gear-shifting systems including Shimano Di2, SRAM eTap, FSA K-FORCE WE and Campagnolo EPS. Not only the battery life of ESS but gear information such as gear ratio and gear combo are displayed immediately on the Rider 460, eliminating the need to check the crankset and cassette position.
Bike Radar Support
Rider 460 supports ANT+ Radar after simple pairing. When approaching threats behind are detected, vehicles with the strip will be shown on the meter page, notifying you of the vehicle and relative distance from the vehicle to you. Furthermore, Rider 460 also alerts you with different beep sounds while the threat level changes.
E-Bike Support
Rider 460 supports Shimano Steps and any ANT+ LEV compatible e-bikes to display various e-bike data, including assist mode, assist level, e-Bike battery, travel range, and rear gear position.
