You can now shop online and pick up your order from your local My Ride. When choosing your delivery method at check out simply select pickup in store.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

In Mirror mode, the smartphone records ride data and transmits a copy to the Strada Smart. Phone call and email alert icons are also displayed. The phone is kept in sleep mode, preserving the battery. The Strada Smart can work with Bluetooth Speed, Cadence, Heart Rate and Power sensors in this mode.
When smartphone use is not an option, Sensor Direct mode can be used as a back up. Sensor Direct mode syncs the Strada Smart directly with any Bluetooth Speed, Cadence, Heart Rate and/or Power sensors, so important ride data is always available. Post ride, the data is easily uploaded from the App to CATEYE Atlas, Strava and TrainingPeaks.
