Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

By utilising a brushed-back high loft Italian fabric, this jersey stretches and moves with you, and custom articulated cuffs fit snug to keep the cold out. Because cold weather riding often requires hauling extra cargo, Giro constructed Expandable Storage Pockets (ESP) that expand when you need to store a rain jacket, gloves or extra calories to get you through long base miles. Reflective accents are the finishing touch on a jersey that will be in constant rotation for cold weather rides.
