Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:

• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .

When the trail turns downhill you need control, comfort and precision - you get all three from our new AM grips. Scientifically engineered with real world rider pressure data, we looked at where your hands sit on the grip, what your looking to do in terms of control when pushing your bike through corners and what we can add to your experience. All mountain riders tend to ride a more relaxed position than XC riders and the grip is tailored for this with an extended loading area across the top of the grip and special allowance made for your middle finger which takes a lot of pressure. Multiple rubber densities, control chevrons and an ergonomic profile to hit the absolute sweet spot of comfort and control.
