You can now shop online and pick up your order from your local My Ride. When choosing your delivery method at check out simply select pickup in store.
Please note, only the person who placed the order can pick it up.
To collect your order, please bring:
• The order confirmation email
• Matching photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
• The credit card used to pay for the order
You will be notified when your order is ready to collect.
We are pleased to be able to offer delivery on orders containing apparel, helmets, shoes, part and accessories. We do not offer delivery orders containing bikes. Any order containing a Bike must be picked-up from your selected My Ride store.
At My Ride, we offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if items purchased don’t fit or the items are damaged/faulty upon receipt.
- Goods cannot be returned or exchanged if the customer has simply changed their mind.
- Refunds and exchanges are permitted where the goods purchased do not perform as advertised.
- Refunds & Exchanges will only be offered on full priced items only .
- Unfortunately sale or discontinued items cannot be exchanged or refunded.

The JustClick2 towball carrier from Yakima has space for two bikes and the ability to add a third and is a technical marvel for all cyclists. The simple 'Just Click' system makes the carrier easy and secure to mount to your vehicle's towball. Created with the future in mind, it is also capable of carrying electric bikes. This model is designed for Australia and is fitted with AUS 7-Pin 2-Cable plugs and is supplied with a towball.
